Legal Agreement — Please Read Carefully
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 98prk governing your registration, access, and use of all services available on the 98prk platform — including cricket betting, PSL wagering, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and all deposit and withdrawal functions. By creating an account or using any 98prk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 98prk. One account per person. Providing false personal information is a material breach entitling 98prk to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any balance therein.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account with 98prk at any given time. Verification: 98prk may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at registration or prior to processing withdrawal requests. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 98prk login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to notify 98prk immediately through the live chat support channel if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or you have received suspicious communications purporting to be from 98prk.
98prk shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent directly attributable to our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 98prk account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking system processing times outside of 98prk's control.

Withdrawal of Deposit Only: Where a player has deposited funds and has not placed any wagers, 98prk reserves the right to apply standard identity verification requirements before processing the return of those funds.

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the 98prk platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
A sports bet is considered accepted only when 98prk's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet reference number. In cases where a bet is placed immediately before odds change — such as during live PSL match betting — the bet may be accepted at the updated odds. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by 98prk, and the stake returned to the player's account.
During live cricket matches, PSL fixtures, football matches, UFC bouts, and other in-play markets, odds update continuously and in real time. A bet is only confirmed when the system acceptance message is displayed. 98prk is not responsible for odds displayed during technical delays between a real-world event and the platform's live data feed.
Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL fixtures or the relevant football or combat sports governing body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport rules specify otherwise.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply to all sports markets at 98prk. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section. 98prk reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for individual players on specific markets at its discretion.
All casino games available on the 98prk platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, and instant win games — are operated using certified software from internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and others. All games use verified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair outcomes.

If the outcome cannot be verified, the bet will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98prk platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 98prk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 98prk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
98prk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 98prk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including your name, mobile number, transaction history, and KYC documentation — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the 98prk platform experience. 98prk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the 98prk Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98prk holds its operating authorisation. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint to 98prk at the contact email address provided in Section 16. 98prk will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive written response within 14 business days of receiving sufficient information to investigate the matter.
Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
98prk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal processing times, wagering requirements for active bonuses, or significant changes to prohibited conduct rules — 98prk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by notification to your registered mobile number.
Continued use of the 98prk Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Where an amendment materially and adversely affects an active bonus or promotional offer already claimed by a player, the pre-amendment terms will continue to apply to that specific active offer only.
